MBA/MSE (System Engineering)
The Charles W. Davidson College of Engineering, in cooperation with the Lucas College of Business, offers a dual-degree graduate program during which students can earn two degrees: an MBA and a Master of Science Engineering, with an emphasis in systems engineering.
The MBA/MSE dual-degree program is delivered via a cohort model, specially designed for working professionals. Classes and program schedule are predetermined so all students start and graduate at the same time, catering to the interests and lifestyles of busy professionals in Silicon Valley.
The dual-degree classes are located at the Network Meeting Center (Techmart) in Santa Clara. Each course is eight weeks long, meets one night a week and two Saturday sessions per class. Classes are delivered year-round in three terms: spring, summer and fall.
There are 18 courses, for a total 52 graduate-level units that fulfill the requirements for earning a degree in both Business and Systems Engineering. Students will graduate in three years, having acquired two master’s degrees upon completion of the program.
